Did work for one of the contractors that do generator work for usave and now i am not getting paid.the contractor says usave isent paying him.so would like to know how i can find out whats going???The contractor isent even replying on my msgs anymore.been waiting a month plus for payment.dosent seem fair!!

We want to bring it to your attention that your Usave in Itsoseng is pathetic in all aspect long queues poor ventilation as your store is extremely hot and most of the time three tills are operational even on month end and during your specials runs out quickly and staff shortage

User's recommendation: Open for tills out of five that are there. Air-conditioning to work properly. Stock adequately. Front end manager to help in order to address tills problem and your acting manager cannot say we are bullying her when we voice out our dissatisfaction we are labeled as Anc when I enter Usave I am a paying customer not as Anc .

Always there is no cashier at the money market Usave Danville branch and staff is rude and unprofessional, and then u wait in the long que just to hear they don't have cash when I want to collect a cash send or make a capitec withdrawal I got pics of the rude staff her name is mpumi I did lodge complain with manager Mr. Humpreys he just ignored me I'm a senior citizen I went to pick n pay to withdrew money

I was mistreated by a security but the manager did not say anything

I was at usave kamhlushwa phosaville in a que then, I want to sit in my car observing if Im reaching the que. As was about to be at the security mistreated me and said I was not in the I was humiliated by his Attitude even though I told him I was around and the very sad part I told the manager but he didn't say anything

I send my sister 800 last year August she did not found the moey they told her tht the money had been withdrawn and we investigate with usave we find it that the money was withdrawn at gauteng and how come the money was withdrawn at gauteng?n how did the person found all the information

Need Improvement on money market services

I went to Shoprite Usave at Wepener , to buy football match tickets and I was told that the printer from money market does not work therefore they no longer offer services like Tickets issuance. Why don't they just log a call to their technician and get printer fixed, I am very disappointed that management has taken the decision of not doing anything about it.

I went to Shoprite Usave in Chiawelo was being helped by Mulalo Tshilamulele who tried by all means to help as I was there to collect money then pay for crisps and a bar of chocolate so she needed some assistance once or twice from management then management said she's soft she should tell us customers to call them so at some point I called him but still when he came through I spoke to the manager, but he didn't even acknowledge me or apologize for the delay then I had to wait for my change as cashier didn't have any then I had to accompany the cashier out the store to look for change at another store where we waited and didn't get any I left the things I was about to buy, and the Manger still gave me attitude

U save Bronville is open but the one working at the money market is only starting at 10h00 I'm standing here for over 30min and they only telling me now that they open at 10h00 why don't they book the workers rite they know what time the shop is opening this is unacceptable

Shoprite Usave - Complaint
Today I really had a very bad experience in Shoprite uSave at Verulam. I was with my partner when i bought n paid for groceries and after my partner asked for 1voucher which the cashier tendered but left it on top of the counter and never say anything to us. We stood there waiting for it without her saying anything. Then after few minutes my partner noticed it on the counter. And she just looked at us as idiots. This cashier needs to learn to treat customers with respect, regardless of the age or race. Her name is Nomcebo Mhlong cashier no5. I work in a retail as well and I really value customer service.

I bought 12.5 maize meal,when i open it i found it rotten ,so i took it back but without slip,but i had a prove of purchase from my bank app,date and time. I ask for refund as i didnt want to buy any more ,cause it was not the first time bought something and found it rotten So the manager said he can not gave me the refund,he can only give another maize meal,open it and check if its not rotten,i was so so disappointed,how can one take open food and take it home ,what about germs,cross contamination from his hand to the maize,i asked my self so many questions I divided to leave them with that maize and i told them that i wl come the following day fr better resolution The service was very bad as the manager was also incompitantincompitantincompitantincompitantincompitantincompitantincompitantincompitant

Rude management

Even tho i have always been happy and never ever rude to any of the workers the management got really uptight and rude and even called me ongeskik onfront of 100s of clients because i simply couldn't understand why they can't cash withdraw money when they give money to everyone else the keep on telling me to let people pass they will help me and when they pass me they will withdraw money and they will then just tell me sorry we cant help u now. Its not about having people pass me but about the fact that everyone that passes me keeps on withdrawing money but i can't. I have never ever been rude or even impatient with any of the workers from the security down to the workers i have always been nice so by calling clients names i find it completely unnecessary and rude. Just because i also needed money to pay my worker that had to get to hospital to his wife that's having a baby. And i pointed out tonher that i have never ever been rude to any workers why should she be rude. I miss the days of the old management when they were always friendly and would help when they and how they can this lady can definitely not work under pressure and if one customer complain to call them names what will happen if several customers complain. The next guy in line wanted a R1000 the same as i did and they had no issue to pay him. I have just been to Shoprite Usave in Tembisa which is situated in Difateng Section.There were Nola Mayonnaise that expired in July 2020 on their shelves. I approached one employee who wanted to blame COVID 19. It is very tiring to be fighting such battles were managers fails to do what they are employed to do. If they are not chewing gums its surely something else. Disgusting

Bad Service and Attitude

Yesterday in the evening i went to Usave in Mofolo address: 1689 Nxumalo street Soweto. (SO42842) I received the worst service and i felt undermined as a customer. I was passing there and i stopped to purchase 2 KG brown sugar and only to find out that i was going to be my worst day. 1st i started engaging with the security guy who wanted me to leave my laptop bag with him and i told him that i cannot do that and he can rather come with me to see what i wanted to purchase. after the incident i went inside to purchase sugar and only to find out that i had taken the incorrect brand off sugar and i was charged R 33... some odd which came to R 86... odd. While i was about to pay this lady that served me the first time did not greet me and has the nerve to help her staff member first while i was first inline and was about to pay, No apologies from the lady or greeting" to ask me if i can allow her to make payment for the colleague before i pay" she started pulling my item and passing them through the scanner and still did not greet me with a smile. when she put her hand out i then said " Hi" in Zulu and asked why she did not greet me? she then apologized and i let it slide. But the 2nd the time when i came back to make the exchange that's what got to me. There was a lady at the counter by the name of Zanele Motha, who the first time i cam to pay to her she said her system is offline and went to the loo. Again when i came back when i was about to pay she said she is "offline again" only to find out that she was going to the loo. and she then called customers again on her side. the queue was long and there is not suppose to be line during this Covid-19. Then i was told to place the sugar that i wanted to exchange must be left in the basket. The security called the supervisor who was not presentable, with no name tag and had an attitude. He sighed" when called and told me to leave those things there and come to him with the slip. My understanding he was mean to come to me and address me not me to come to him. and give me attitude. He refused to give me his name and said quote: what do you want to do with my name "closed quote. He will not give me his name with his shirt not tucked in under his jersey and dreaded hair. They laughed and i walked out. I was not happy there way people were treated while i was on the line and it's not how customer service should be given to people and respect. Please take the time to look at the footage at 13:45 - 14:15 on the 14-05-20. While trying to get the information the old lady behind me said they are used to treating people this way.
