Bottles have a scent
- - Bottles have a scent that fades when aired.
- - They blamed it on quality control and a bad batch.
- - Customer service was unreliable; I canceled.
On my first order with them I noticed that the bottles had a scent and but if you open them and let him air out then they're okay or if you pour them into a glass they are okay obviously it's in the bottle in the plastic bottle. I called them quality control and they said it must have just been that case that I got so I got another one same thing then I decided to buy it from a grocery store same thing so that lets me know they are putting something in the plastic bottles to give it a scent why?
Question I am trying to find out what it is and nobody calls me back to tell me. None of the other water that I buy has that there's something very wrong something they are trying to cover up.
If anybody else has experienced at please post but most people aren't aware as I am of scents. And yes their customer service is awful undependable they tell you they're going to show up they don't show up till the next day I don't understand but I'm not buying their water anymore I canceled my order right away
