Offered rebate from Megabus. Memebership and benefits were not sent out until over a month later. Called to cancel within the 30 day trial period representative noted that they told me of the benefits but I did not cancel. Unknowingly took $16.99 out of my account for 3 months until I caught it. Man tried to tell me due to terms and conditions they do not refund. I went off so bad he said they are refunding all 3 months. SCAM! offer rewards with the trial that I never received.

This is the biggest scam! Stay away from this *** business. Even if you cancel, they will continue to charge your credit card and then come up with some lame excuse that they forgot to remove it. Be sure to check your credit card statements every month. There should be some class action filed against this company. The owners must be laughing all the way to the bank. Consumers beware!!! Do not trust this company and the products they offer. Do not trust them!!!! Don't fall for their false promises. You will be sorry of you fall for their misleading advertisements.

The shoppers advantage company is a rip off. They say get will send you a packet with coupons and a $50 rebate check just for trying their "discount program". I called this number after booking an Allegiant flight. This banner popped up to get a $50 rebate off you flight. They didn't send me a packet with coupons and charged my credit card $2 when they said the trial period was $1. When I called the 800 number to cancel the number was disconnected. I'm trying to find a number to cancel this scam. I think I will cancel the card I gave them. Beware do not fall into their trap. I should have known it was too good to be true. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I have called three times and can't seem to make them understand I don't want the program. This person keeps talking and I can't get a word in, then he says he will keep it open and I can cancel before Nov.

14. I want to cancel now. What do I have to do? The guy I was talking to almost "strong armed" me to keep this *** and I don't even use it.

Besides, I never signed up for it. It came with something I ordered. Very upset.

Guess I will call my bank and have them blocked. Guess that is the only way I will be able to stop them from taking money out of my account.

Today I got a notice by mail informing me my monthly membership fees did not clear from credit card charges. This time Im calling the creditcard company to get a refund on the illegal charges they have been making on my creditcard.

TLG Shopper

TLG shopper charged my account without ever sending out info about what they do, so I have looked all over the internet for a phone number. I got lucky, if anyone needs a number to call TLG Shoppers here it is 1-80*-256-****.

They will give you a confirmation number when you cancel with them keep it for just in case they still charge you.

I was told on the phone that they sent info but never did, they try to get me to stay with them for another 30 days with a promise of a $50 check to be sent to me. I told them no thank you, keep your money and just cancel my membership.

I purchased a airline ticket from Alegiant Airline through there Web site and if I signed with shoppers advantage I would receive a $40 gift card and all the information I would need.Never received either,since July 2015 they have been taking $16.99 a month called today November 2015.I explained the situation to the young lady and she tried to sell me there product over and over I'm a patient person,but after 20 minutes I had enough and told just to cancel it.My advise to everyone using the Internet to purchase items,read the fine print you may be signing up for things you don't want

These people are total scammers. I had at least two debits, taken from, my checking account, totaling $43.00.

I called them and I asked for the information in regards to these automatic withdrawals and they told me it was authorized by myself secondary to a purchase made on the Home Shopping Network. I'll just say that this homey don't play the HSN. They canceled my account but told me that they couldn't credit my account nor issue a check. Somebody, who knows what they are doing, should cut and paste this page and forward to BBB and their States Attorny General.

I called 800-526-**** and informed them that they were fraudulently extracting payments directly from my bank account. they apologized and said "I understand what you're feeling" a few times.

She said that she is going to take care of everything right now and send me all the information on the services that comes with the membership. This isn't at all the resolution that I needed. I stopped her right there and explained again that I expressly declined any offer that would result in me paying for something. After more convincing, they canceled the account so I wouldn't be charged again.

I told them I want all the money they took from me. At first she said that she can't refund the money because my account is now closed. Clearly I didn't stand for that, as she's the one who suggested that I close the account without informing me of any consequences. I heard a muffled male voice, then she said that she could give me 4 month's worth of a refund (there were 8 in total).

I told her that this isn't good enough. She then transferred me over to her supervisor who very quickly gave me a full refund which should come in the mail in 7 business days. I asked for her name and direct line so that I could call her if I don't see my money in 7 business days (and I will be calling).

She gave me a number and told me that any of the supervisors that answer will be able to help me. Mary Perez 877-346-****.

I had the same problem. I originally reserved a car rental, and they talked me into this "advantage card" to use on the trip.

We changed our mind about the car rental, and I called the number instructed for cancelling the card.

Cancellation obviously did NOT happen. First I called my bank and they were unsure what the company was, as the charge was still pending. My wife looked it up on line and found literally HUNDREDS of people complaining of the same problem we are having.

I called their direct line, 1-80*-***-****, and spoke to "Bill" and he SAID he cancelled it and gave me a cancellation number.

He told me my $16.99 would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days.

That was just moments ago. ......we'll see.

My membership was cancelled BEFORE any transfer of funds.

They tried to hit my bank account twice in 5 days.

They cancelled both transactions.

I initially purchased a shuttle ride in Orlando, Florida (through SuperShuttle) and saw the $20 rebate. I called the number and requested more information. I figured I would give it a shot since the initial fee was $1 for the first month and there would be two $20 rebates (this was for GreatFun). They also offered up to $20 back on gasoline purchases for an additional $1 for the first month (that would be Shopper's Advantage). I received my membership information and rebate opportunities a few days later in my email, filled out the forms, waited until about a week before the first month was over, and called to cancel. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice, of course pushed to keep me in the program, but I just said no a few times and my membership was canceled... or so I thought. I had the same member id for both Great Fun and Shoppers Advantage. I assume by calling the number I was given (for Great Fun), I would be able to cancel both. A few days later I saw the $16.99 on my credit card. I called right away and the representative forwarded me to a manager (I was not angry or even escalated, just simply asked about the payment because I assumed I had canceled). The manager was also very nice, and did not even ask me to stay, just said I would be refunded the $16.99 within 7 business days. Sure enough, the credit just posted on my account. Did I also mention, I received my rebates? I had two checks, each for $20, from Great Fun, and 3 checks, each $5, from Shoppers Advantage and only paid $2 in total. Good experience if you make sure to cancel BOTH memberships before the month is over and check your bank account.

Do not Trust this. This is Fake. I bought an airline ticket online and "Great Fun contacted me for 50$ refund for that and some gas coupons. I did not receive anything. In fact, they told me They will charge $1 the first month. I canceled the last day of the month having the cancelation confirmation. Eventually I thought I wont be charged because of the cancelation Confirmation that I had. The money was reduced till 9 months by the time I realised that money was being reduced from my account. I called my bank to figure out what the *** is "TLG SHOPPERS"? NEVER EVER DID THEY MENTIONED ABOUT THIS. Neither even they told me what me TLG Shoppers is or how that works. I still don't know *** what it is and when I got screwed with Great Fun why the *** the 3rd party was charging me ?? I called them right away to stop charging me and I dont want ANY OF YOUR SKAM. this is garbage dont believe this. I am going to call again to make sure If they stop my membership and ask for my refund of $150. Otherwise going to file a report.

Hi yes they keep charging me I just got off the phone again and they did not cancel my membership again and are double charging me monthly i have never recieved the gift cards promised innitially and they still renewed my ending October 25 th membership another month I will need to remeber to call in 30 ys again to try to cancel for the third time and he wouldnt help with the issue of being charged twice

I cancelled the whole thing the day I talked to them about the whole subscription thing. I did not want a subscription and they took money out of my account for 3 months that I know of also I never received anything so I assumed it was cancelled before it even started. They fraudulently took money from my debit card. They are supposed to refund it after I called again n again. Was told they do not refund but when I told them I was calling my bank and telling them about the fraud they immediately said they would refund the money to my card. Still waiting but I am in touch with my bank and I am going after them for fraud!!!

They did the same thing to me. I did sign up for Travelers Advantage but called to cancel but they kept withdrawing from my account for Shoppers advantage, which I NEVER agreed to or signed up for.

I have never received anything from this company yet they were debiting my account for shoppers advantage and great fun, whatever that is. I was able to cancel one and was transferred to a non working exchange. I called back and the gentleman was very uncooperative and when I asked for a supervisor multiple times he hung up on me. I did get in touch with a supervisor and got my accounts closed. The supervisor is going to investigate what happened. I do not know how I got the account with great fun but it is a division of TLG shoppers advantage. I believe this company to be running a scam.
