Resolved: Trying to get good customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just kept trying.
Finally heard from them. The item was not available after all.
Still waiting for my refund. No communication again.
Sent order to other person Nov. 27 2023.
Paid by personal check which has cleared bank. Desperately trying to find out if it was delivered or not or just cashed.

VERY, EXTREMELY, TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor quality of product, horrible, horrible customer service. There is never a supervisor on the floor, they never, ever call back and they never, ever process refunds.
