Never order anything from this company. I was traveled by across the state for the holidays so I called Customer Service ahead of time to see if they could guarantee delivery before I left. They couldn't and recommended that I send the item directly to where I would be to ensure it's arrival for Christmas. I did this however upon opening the item the quality of the product was deplorable (like I wouldn't even want to donate it as I assume it will disintegrate within a week). I tried to return the item however I was two days past their 30 day return window (again because it had been sitting across the state from me for a few weeks per there own recommendation). They will not accept my return or stand by the quality of their products (there are literally holes in this item).

Ordered Christmas gift in early December. Never received it, nor an email regarding the purchase. Emailed them about it and received email back saying I should have received a 'regret to inform you but item is not available' email a while back. They even wrote 'we apologize if you didn't receive this email'. WTF? Unorganized and horrible communication.

What I received is not the same item I ordered or the same item pictured in my order inbox. When I look up the order number below it is what was delivered however not what I ordered. How can you place a picture on the order yet the order # is something totally different? The owner wanted to throw out a disclaimer that isn't even on his site telling me that some items ordered are different than pictured. Worst online experience ever and even worse customer service from the owner. He clearly doesn't care about losing business as he stated I could return the item but I'd still have to pay to send it back. HORRIBLE!

Never Received
Order the Blackhawks checking buddy for my little nephew on December 3rd and it is now December 23rd. I received my confirmation right away and said it would notify in another email once it had shipped. Received all of my other gifts purchased except this one so I figured I would call. Got ahold of the guy who was on the voicemail and said they were backed up due to the holidays and they would get everything out by the next week and should be here in time for Christmas. Not the case. Now I cant reach anyone by email, calls, or returns to my voicemails left. I used a prepaid debit card and no longer have the card so do not know how to proceed at this point. Very frustrating.

Never received order...cannot get in contact with anyone.
I ordered a nfl throw for a friend on October 14th and received a confirmation email that same day. The date I needed the item by has come and gone. Thirteen business days later, four voice mails, and five inquiry emails later I have not received another shipment email, the item, or spoken with anyone from the company. I've always called within their business hours and have gotten the machine every time. What I paid for shipping was more than half of the cost of the item itself. Needless to say I am pissed. I plan to report them to the BBB. This site is a FRAUD!

Never received product, cant reach company RUN
Ordered a gift for my brother. They said it would ship within 1-2 business days. 6 days later and it still has not shipped. I contacted the phone number provided in the confirmation email, which is a different company name and the voicemail says "memory full" so you can't leave a message. I called over 50 times, no one answers. I then called the different number listed on their website and it is disconnected. They took my money, but I cannot reach them and my brother's birthday has now passed. RUN, dont save $5 and not get the product, spend the extra $5 on a reputable website

Never sent item-never received credit
Ordered an IPad portfolio for my husband. They Charged my credit card, but they never sent the merchandise. I Spoke to the manager, and he said the item was on back order and if I wanted he would issue a credit, but he never did. I filed a complaint with BBB, but the company never responded to BBB request to try to resolve the problem. I Even sent a complaint to the CA attorney general, and they sent a letter, but no response. I'm out $129.99 and no one can do anything. beware of this company, they are a fraud!

Call your credit card company and tell them that you were charged for something that you did not receive and ask for a credit. You should get some attention from ShopMyTeam when the credit card company reverses the charge.
