I was issued a credit because their return policy states no return or exchange only credit. Apparently someone else used my credit online and refuse to honor my credit. Either they made a mistake and punched the credit number incorrectly or its a case of fraudulant usage. Either way, a reputable company would work something out with the customer. I was told a manager would contact me but never heard from them. I followed up several times and now they won't answer my emails. Horrible company. They used to be a store called Angle and went out of business and resurfaced as Msky. Obviously their business ethics had an impact on their sales.
