Delivery UPS # 1ZX04A170340****60 delivered and signed for on 12/01/2018 at 1:08 pm. Lost in your warehouse, not delivered to Moscow, as it should have been. I have signed delivery note that the parcel was accepted by somebody in warehouse. Please contact me regarding my parcel. I try to get reasonable reply from you chat service already for 2 weeks now. Original review posted by user Jun 11, 2017I payed a shopfan service to receive a book and for ship it to my address, but it's still on the company warehouse. It has already passed more than 45 (forty five) days, and no one answers my emails to explain what happened with the purchase. I am still waiting for a reply, but the consumer assistance on shopfans is terrible. I used the web chat on the website of the company, but they always tell me that my package will be shipped next week. Do not use their service. The company tricks their clients. I hope that the Company contacts me to solve this problem. Thank you.
