I ordered a bedroom set on September 27, 2021. I have not received my order yet. I would like a refund.

I have not received my furniture. And I got a call from John who said he was the craftsman t that was making the furniture.

And he have not got paid. And no one from shop factory direct .is answering his calls or my calls.

My order was taken March I paid in full for my furniture he also said that your store was going out of business .John #is 626-969-**** .I hate to see a store like this go out of business . But l have to let BBB step in .#11730

I ordered this furniture probably in the end of April or the beginning of May Ive been paying on this furniture through bread finance and today is August 3 or fourth and I still have not been able to contact anyone except leave a voicemail or an email which nobody responds to Tina at extension 505 was contacting me every two weeks to give me updates but that has stopped its been about a month since Ive talked to her Ive sent several emails no response I thought this was a reputable company however I know now yall are a piece of *** I need a bedroom set and thought I was going with a good company my bad I have contacted bread to let them know I want a refund and they said that They were still doing business with yall which I believe is *** I think they just collecting the money in nt this order canceled I want a management person to call me if they got the balls to do so my number is 615-785-**** and I will contact the Better Business Bureau

It has been 11 weeks and my order has not arrived when I called before they said it was ready but for the last two weeks I have tried to call but no one answers

THIS IS A SCAM,.............................................THEY ARE THIEVES,THEY SEND YOU BROKEN FURNITURE OVER AND OVER AND OVER, TILL YOU GET TIRED OF SENDING IT BACK FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU BACK 1/2 OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT. WHILE THE COLLECT THE INSURANCE FOR EVERY DELIVERY AND POCKET THE MONEY.

THEY SEEM NICE OVER THE PHONE BUT DON'T LET THAT DISTRACT YOU FORM THEIR TRUE BUSINESS.
