Never Received Order
- - Ordered four items in November; no shipment or tracking by February.
- - Emails cited a 'wash' issue and a late 2/11 shipping promise; no update.
I ordered four items in November, it is now February. Multiple emails were sent out from the company about "wash" no being right further delaying the process of receiving an item.
An email was sent out the last week of January saying all items would be shipped by the end of 2/11. I've yet to receive any shipping notification or confirmation.
I wanted the items but now it's giving scam. The company is still marking items when customers have been waiting four months to receive items.
