I ordered something that clearly says it’s shipped but when I track it, it doesn’t say it was delivered or that it’s on its way. I have emailed customer service twice and had zero response.
Going to go to my bank to try and get my money back very dissatisfied will never order from them again

Verified ReviewerShady Company - Never Received Order and Ignored by Customer Service
I purchased a portable blender from this company on 5/18/24 and we are in July and I am still waiting to get tracking information. However, I did get an email stating my item was shipped.
No tracking number though. I contacted their customer service to get an update and got a response stating I would get a refund. The item would still get sent to me but I would need to pay once the item was received. I replied saying I dont want a refund, I just want the item I purchased.
No response to that email. Ive contacted this company at least 5 times via email (only contact method) and I have never gotten a response back since the first email. All comments I posted on their social media has been deleted so they see my comments and choose to not respond. Please do not purchase anything from this company.
You will not get your item and their customer service is non existent.
I would get better service from a toddler. BUYER BEWARE.
