Its been over 6 weeks now and i have not recieved any updates on my order. No other communication than my confirmation email.

Have not received my order and I want a refund have sent several emails and tried calling just goes to busy signal if I do not hear back I will be contacting authorities this is bs I ordered in beginning of December and nothing back

Please avoid buying anything from this site as several people I know have not received their orders that were placed early October, you will get email responses (bot generated) but nothing concrete. I/we have asked for refunds still waiting for it, all they/It stated was store refund!!!
The initial site "cozybeanshop.com" redirects to "https://shopcloudbean.com/".
When I click on the "check my order" within my email it goes no where (site not found).
AVOID this site or approach at your own risk.
