I have never heard back from company despite numerous emails. Their website has a review section but no way to post to it.

I also submitted to Pissed but this also did not result in any response. I think this company is a scam.

I ordered Men's Boonie Mesh Sides Hat Khaki CU113OTN4V3 from SHOPCAPUS (https://www.shopcapus.com/). The image on their website was the same as the Dorfman hats I own, including the outdoor design label on the front. What I was sent had no relation to the image on shopcapus website. Rather I was sent a cheap Chinese knockoff that is large enough to fit a gorilla. I sent many messages to the company email and never had a reply. They have no service line. They have a review section on website but no way to post to it.

User's recommendation: BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM.

Ordered a cloche hat. Received a sun hat with trailing ribbon going down the back. Sent them a pic of what I got and what I should have gotten. They said they changed the design. Sorry for inconvenience and offered to give me $3 refund for the $30 dollars I spent. I told them they must have left off a zero. Then they said they could give me 6 dollars refund. Entirely their fault but Im supposed to pay for their mistake. Sun hat is just the opposite of cloche hat.

The website plainly states that the store is located in the USA. I see a hat that I have been looking for, so I order 2 of them. After a month, I get a package from China with two hats in it. Absolutely nothing like what I ordered, even a different color. So I contact them and ask for a refund and a return label. Now the bargaining starts, how about a $10 refund? $15? No, I want the product I ordered or a refund. So they say they will not refund money or pay for return shipping. So I open a PayPal dispute. Go through the same bargaining tactic and finally they agree to refund my money if I take the day off to go to the post office and pay to express ship the item back at well over what I paid for the item. I refuse and guess what, PayPal disputes sides with them, even though they have broken the law. Stay away from these Chinese mafia criminals!

Ordered a $50 Goorin Bros hat, received a generic slightly similar hat in the wrong size. The hat I got is not worth $50. This is a scam.

I have searched for years for a special type of camouflage Desert Storm Veteran hat. Amazon used to sell it but never got it back. I thought I struck gold when I found it at shopcapus.com, but how little did I know. I ordered it and several weeks later I received the wrong hat. After contacting the company they said, We are so sorry for this,We check this is the new style for this item,We can give you $3 refund for compensate.This is our sincerity and hope you can accept. I told them I wanted the correct hat and if I couldnt get it I wanted a full refund (plus a postage paid mailing label to send the incorrect hat back to them.) They never responded.
