Shipped broken cables

Ordered 4 of the new 8 pin lightning cables for the I phone 5 on Jan 2 2013. It took 10 weeks to get them.

Three of the cables were bad out of the box. I called Shop4Tech 1-87*-659-****. They said they would ship new one out of a better batch. The cables Never came I have tried to return the defective cables.

They keep transferring me to voice mail and will not return my call. This company is a scam.

They ship junk form china that does not work. I will never do business with a company like this again

It's really simple. I ordered a Kindle Fire case for my Kindle Fire.

The case was way too small but how could that be?'s website says it's a Kindle Case FOR a Kindle Fire. I must now pay to have it shipped back and pay to have it restocked. I have gone back to the website to see if the dimensions we're included in the description of the product.

They were not. Also, when I tried to post this same review on's website, it was routed to a filtering department and has not been posted.

BUYERS BEWARE! Sent wrong item and won't pay shipping to return it.

I purchased a car mount for my evo 7" tablet, which they advertised as universal and would fit the evo 7". NOT!

At first they didn't believe me so they would not send an RA without pictures. I sent pictures, they sent an RA, but now I have to pay to send it back. If you send the wrong item, I believe it is your responsibility to pick it up. They admitted it was the wrong item after looking at the pics and releasing the RA, so why not take full responsibility for your mistake and pay for its return.

They also take forever to respond. Stick with good companies like or Amazon, but beware of marketplace items as they have there own policies when it comes to returns.


I am building a website in their honor, to prevent them from screwing other people!!!

Bad Product

In September of 2010 we ordered 3 ink cartridges for an HP fax machine the first one worked but when time to replace it neither f the other two would work. Did the warm water and shake tricks but to no avail.

Even did the blow hole and all that got me was ink on my slacks. When called to inquire about refund/replacement was told warranty only good for 4 months from date of purchase. My mistake was attempting to stock up. No sympathy from rep.

All phone numbers on receipt were no longer active numbers.

Wonder why? Live and learn, gonna buy local from now on.

5/24/10, i ordered a 7-Port USB High-speed Hub with Splitter Cable. The amount was 6.32 with California tax included.

I wait two weeks later and got no item. i contacted them. They said it should be there in a day or two. The next week, no item.

I emailed them again. No response. So i called in as they are in the same state. i was told i should get it in a few days.

I told her i been waiting and was told the same thing last week. I then asked for tracking, she said no tracking as item was in China. But she can put a trace for it after a week of shipment. I said can she do that as it has been weeks.

She said she dont want to do that and told me just until it comes. I then asked for a refund since it has been weeks. She said no and if i want my money back, call my credit card and hung up on me.

--6/25/2010: Now is over a month since i ordered and paid.

No item at all. I sent them emails to ask about order and trace but they won't response. They also lied to the Better Business Bureau saying it has not been 3 weeks when in fact i has been over a month. I still have the original order that was emailed to me and the statement from my Credit Card.

You are absolutely right. I also had same experience, even worser than you.

I ordered the item on 21st jan, but they didn't ship the item yet. I emailed to return my money back, but they don't. I cannot collect the item anymore as I am relocating. Initially they said 2-3 weeks.

That's y I ordered the item. but now its alomost 2 months since I ordered the item.

Sad thing is that they won't consider the customer email at all. I got the reply when again sent the mail, that even afte 4-5 days.

I never faced such an experience from any other online store. This is too annoying.

Now my thinking is that can we go for a sue against them. Atleast let them return our money.
