Purchased a pair of captain chairs for my 2012 Fleetwood Discovery coach to replace my aging pair. placed the purchase in March and received the chairs in May.
the drivers chair was ordered without a massager and power recline, the passenger chair WAS ordered with massager and power recline.
in the order, the passenger seat with the features also had controls on the left side. after installing the seats with the controls in the isle as all coaches have, it was discovered that the chair with the massager and power recline had controls on the right. So we swapped them figuring the controls were improperly installed only to discover that the seat without the massager was 2 inches taller and left the driver barely able to reach the pedals.
I have been calling in for months now (since May) for resolution trying to describe the situation and get resolution. after many conversations and long waits, we determined that the 2 added features were installed in the wrong chair (controls on the left).
after further review by the company, they informed me that controls are always on the outside and therefore the seats were right!. in fact they still are not.
the order calls for the 2 features to be installed on the seat with left hand controls and they were installed in the seat with right hand controls. so far, all the company offers me is a discount on a new chair rather than remaking the seat with the left hand controls properly and returning the one i have. as of this writing, they still have not resolved it, have not offered to remake the chair and still wont come to any resolution.
they even went to go so far as to state they weren't sure if the controls position was determined standing in front of the chair or while sitting.
convenient...
I believe that the only way to get resolution from this company is to seek legal action on the product.
They called back and offered a mere 500! The purchase was over 5grand!

Ordered seats in April 2021 and did not know how long delivery would take (they do not disclose prior to payment). Payment was made and delivery set for August 2021.
Later in June 2021, I received a phone call and they deleted the power seats for a non-powered base. Was told my order was still on schedule. After ship date in August passed with no shipping confirmation, I called to check status. New delivery date of October, 2021 with no explanation.
Received seats in early October 2021, but mounting bracket was not sent. Seats cant be installed without them. There mistake and I was told they would get them right out to me. Ship date of October 11, 2021.
This did not happen. Called back after this date and was told new ship date of October 18, 2021. This did not happen. Called back and was given a new ship date of October 25, 2021.
This did not happen. New ship date is November 1, 2021. I doubt this will happen either. I plan to go to a machine shop and have them built at additional expense.
I do not trust this company and will never do business with them again. Buyer beware with this company.

Quite simply, one of the worst experiences I've endured in retail.
Order 536333. Placed on 4/22/2021 receive a call from 'customer support' on 6/23/2021 stating the options I choose that were offered on their website for my chair order were all of a sudden no longer available.
Their provider is no longer providing power seat frames. I spoke to megan (who was very helpful) and executed a full refund. Through another supplier, I was able to myself source the power base that were 'no longer being manufactured' by shop4seats' provider. I called back customer service hoping to be connected with megan....
nope no such luck, instead I'm connected with Mr. Very Rude himself Richard.
Explained to Richard, I found a power base, and is it possible to halt the refund? He stated the "refund could not be stopped". I asked, "if I place another order, will I lose my place in line, and have to wait ANOTHER 2 months for you guys to start my order?" Nope!
You'll wait another 2 months.

Poor customer service and communication.

I placed an order number 496190 back in June. The order was to ship on 829.
I followed up regularly and was told that everything was on schedule to ship. I followed up this week to find out was it shipped and I was told that it is being shipped on 10/8. Absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that Ive called many many times.
Now I have an RV with no furniture and it is supposed to be rented for several weeks on September 25. I would not recommend them ever.

We ordered RV seats and had a small hiccup with the order. When we recvd the order it was the wrong color and the customer service was excellent from the first call to when we got the replacement order.
John Jasso was the best to work with and very informative, the communication was perfect. He followed up and did what he said he was going to do.
He came up with a solution to ship back the seats that were incorrect and get the new ones here before our first camping trip. We have worked on our RV for 2 years to remodel and these seats and quality are awesome!

Mixed Feelings

First, my review is in no way a reflection on the customer service I received from Richard Valdez. Despite my many questions, and vented aggravated feelings, Richard was always very responsive and went out of his way to assist me--great customer service on his part!
However, I was disappointed with other things, although they worked out over time. I was unhappy to learn that the 3-5 Day "Express" items advertised were not. My order placed on Feb 11th shipped on March 27th. It appears there are plans to warehouse some items for express shipment but that hasn't take place.
The website is misleading until then. There was also an issue getting fabric samples. It took numerous emails, and two wrong batches of fabric samples to receive the ordered sample. With Richard's persistence he managed to get the person who had the samples send the correct ones.
I'm happy to say the Ultra Leather II, although vegan leather, is soft and luxurious. I'm anxiously awaiting the furniture's arrival, thus cannot comment on the quality of the pieces. One curious note is that the couch model changed names from Monte Vista to Belmont while my order was processing--not sure why. All in all, it took six weeks (43 days) for my order to ship.
That included time for the shipment from the Chinese factory to La Habra, CA and processing to send to me.
Had I been told up front that the order would take that long, I would have agreed. However, advertising something as 3-5 day express shipment and taking 43 days leaves me reluctant to recommend Shop4seats without a few caveats.
