False advertising and failure to provide goods or service

I placed an order back on the 11th of December for the supply drop box for this quarter it had stated on it that if i ordered that day it would be dispatched the 15th for christmas delivery, i didnt recieve a tracking number until I had sent multiple emails and support requests finally was given the tracking information on the 18th of December however the product hasn't even left the sellers depot and no one will respond to me, as i live in Australia these sorts of things are significantly more expensive the box costed $100 to which i paid $50 on top for shipping, I just want my order its unfortunate that I am such a big fan of this series have followed it since the pilot episode and the first time I opt to actually get good quality merchandise I'm let down by the complete and utter lack of customer service or care,

Ordered a shirt for a gift. Never received the item or tracking information even though I paid extra for expedited shipping.

Tried to contact customer service several times, have not received a response back. It seemed like a legitimate site with AMC in the web address.

Do not order from them. It's a scam.

Drop box

I would like to know when the next drop box comes out and when am I expected to receive it. The money 63.81 was taken out of my account on February 1,2023.

I am anxious to get my drop box. Seems like its been forever since I got one .

Didn't get my nagan canvas

I enjoy my walking Dead boxes I never had an issues. When I got my box and I opened it I didn't get my Negan canvas I was really upset.

The Dropbox is great, I just wish you didn't have the address permanently on the box.

It's the store I'm having problems with. It states that the package was delivered but I didn't get it, it was not dropped off or stolen.

I have sent numerous emails and no response.

This is the order number The Walking Dead Lucille Fleece Hooded SweatshirtBlack / L TWD59Z4S6 (-$15.00)1$32.95. I would appreciate if someone would call at this point to resolve this issue, this has been going on for months and not once I have gotten a email from your company.

I ordered a special Funko Pop back in October. Ordered two of them, one as a Christmas gift.

Got notification that they would not be shipping now until November. I asked for another update through an email which did not come back immediately and was told that they'd be still a few more weeks. I asked again and was finally told that they would finally ship in January. It is now January 14th.

I've asked two different times through email for shipping update.

Glad you have a number I might be able to call cuz now maybe I can get a person on the phone.

I did order a t-shirt from them before covid, and I did receive it in a decent amount of time, though it still was not very quick. I think I had actually forgotten that I ordered it when it came.

I never get a response from the TWD support service email. I've had a wrong item sent to me and damaged item sent as well. No number to contact for support and the number I found on google does not go to them.

Did not receive purchased items

Ive had to contact customer service for all 5 orders placed with this company.

There is no phone number, only an email that they will reply to when they get around to it.

They still have not responded to my first email about a damaged item received over a year ago.

The supply drop- subscription box has an issue with every delivery.

Debating canceling, but I am sad, since I cannot get this product elsewhere.

Its been 13 days since the expected delivery of my latest package. FedEx states the package is lost. Twd finally emailed today saying they want to wait another week before they file a claim for something I paid for months ago.
