Order a deck didn't get it. When I call can speak to a real person.

Also on the wed site no number.

I had to google the number. Just frustrated.

I did not get the discount advertised. I could not get any interaction before I placed the order and had to search for the customer service contact. Still haven’t had any interaction with a person.

Shipment delay

Yes I paid for $12 for 2-4 day shipping. Yet it's taking 8 days to get here.

My son wasn't able to get his skateboard on his birthday.

It would have been just as quick to have done free shipping. I feel like I should be refunded the $12 atleast for shipping

I placed a order and the money came out of my account. I received no confirmation of a purchase.

I attempted to contact CCS and was unable to reach a human. I was directed to email and received no support.

I called the phone number listed and made guesses to names and actually got four different phone contacts. Left four messages and received NO return callsterrible experience.
