Lost teaspoon
Teaspoon of newly purchased Cambridge flatware disappeared at first use. Wanted to purchase replacement. Cambridge replied they do not sell 1 teaspoon at a time and referred me to a site called Replacements.

Silverware pork bent and two spoons losing color
I love Cambridge silverware wouldn't buy any other kind it's amazing. However I made a recent purchase at Walmart and it's not up to Cambridge standard. Missing piece from brand new box
This is the second time I am calling but third time Ive tried to contact your company to send a fork that is missing from a brand new box of cutlery.

Splendor Flatware order#701-039****=360****
Sent back 1 fork January 30th/19. Then I sent the rest of the silverware back Feburary 18/19 because they were either cracked or broken at the end of the plastic handles.
I cancelled my order the rest of the Splendor Flateware Feburary 18/19. I then ordered a new set of Flateware Pattern Tula. When it arrived some of the silverware was scratched and pitted. I am not impressed with the service and the silverware being damaged.
I spent $43.48 on the first set of silverware and $89.58 on the second set of silverware #701-785****-359****. Pattern mentioned up above. I am a pensioner and can't afford all this expense. I think I should either be refunded the money or have an in store credit.
I would like to send back some of the damaged silverware but it's getting to be to much of a hassle and it costs to much for the postage required.
This silverware is nice but not happy with it being damaged. Sincerely Pamela Casavant.

First i'd like to confirm that this is the correct company. The name Cambridge is stamped on the silverware not Cambridge Silversmith. Is this the correct company?

I wanted to register my new 50 piece set of of Silversmith Flatware, it is so pretty.
The lady was very kind and understanding.
She told me what to do and I am happy to know my set will be taken care of for 25 years. Hope I live that long. ( Just Kidding)

Rust on flatware
Just like everyone else's reviews, I too washed my garbage ware and rusted-after only 2 weeks. I bought 5, 20 piece sets worth over $500.
I too called the company directly and a Maryanne answered. I explained my story and she is willing to send a replacement after I provide her with a receipt. The funny thing is, that this is my 2nd set that has rusted!!!
Why are they in business still????????????????
I purchased both styles from Bloomingdales. A very high end department store.
I called them to tell them my problem.
I told them the need to stop selling this product. It's embarrassing for your reputation.
Cambridge Silversmith Flatware company
I received a beautiful set of Cambridge Silversmith Flatware for Christmas. After 1 month it was full of ugly stains and rust spots.
Shopko would not take it back, so I decided to call the company. I got a very rude lady named Maryanne. They did agree to send me another set. After washing just the knives once - the same spots occured.
I went online and discovered numerous reviews for this company with the same complaint as I had.
DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! They will not refund you, they will only keep sending you more silverware that will rust.

I also had a Cambridge set (2) and warranted them as they had tiny little rust spots all over them. I received my 2 new "dishwasher safe" expensive replacements sets…although a different style as my old one was no longer made.
I bought brand new "environmentally" safe non-chlorine, non-lemon detergent as they suggest on their insert and after one wash, one of my knives is pitted and has a permanent stain on it.
So disgusted with Cambridge's quality. My advice, avoid them
