I was scammed by my cooler and Shop beer gear.
There is no way to contact support.
I purchased 3 gift cards for Shop beer gear from my cooler and now they are all showing 0 balance. These two companies are scams.

Wanted to exchange a Christmas gift with a smaller size. Never have gotten an answer or where to send returns.
I have been collecting Budweiser many years...not anymore!!

Order mistake
Ive tried to contact this company but there is no way to get a human on the phone. The customer service stinks, how am I supposed to get the problem fixed. Note Ill have to return the order and pay for the shipping and Ive been trying to get them since I placed the order not more then 5 minutes after I realized it didnt take my gift card but it took from my debit card not cool.

Order mistake
I put my gift card in as payment and it just took the money from my checking account instead. I need this fixed and someone to contact me.

Horrible Customer Service....impossible to reach a human!
I ordered a tall tap handle (order number KO39239) and paid the full amount. When the order arrived, they had shipped me a short tap handle, which was less expensive, but still charged me for the tall one. I have been trying for two days to reach anyone in customer service but to no avail.
