Ordered 6 sets of same two-piece set and the black colored ones fit a little different probably due to the dye process. The lady I messaged with sent me new ones no problem.

Although the site says items ship in a few days, they don't tell you up front that it takes about 3 weeks to receive your order. I ordered a pair of earrings that arrived broken. I didn't even bother with trying to get a replacement because of how long it takes to receive the order.

NeverI purchased some items from this site back in July. When I received on of the items it didnt fit so I contacted the site.

They replied and told be that the item couldnt be exchanged because it was a sale item. I checked my purchase confirmation email as well as there site, and told them that I didnt purchase it on sale nor are there and indicators on the site that says the item is on sale. I told them I wanted to return it, the we responded and basically told me in short no, and to Have a nice day. I emailed back and told them that the policy and interaction with them seemed like fraud and that it is never ok to charge full price for an item and then turn around when there is an issue and say its a sale item.

They never showed me any proof that the item was on sale the wouldnt even acknowledge the discrepancy.

They just told me I didnt understand or respect their policy. I contacted them again about returning a different item from the same order, and the wouldnt tell me how to start the return process.
