The magazine I ordered jams every other bullet

I recently purchased a 20rd magazine for savage 22, 64. The clip goes in and racks with no issue but after the first shot it just jams every time.

Ive tried 20-30 times already. I have added my order number. Please get back to me.

I want either a refund or to try a different magazine. This one is faulty.
