Incorrect Electronic Audi Part Sold and No Refund Possible
I ordered a used airbag control module from Shokan, and once I received it and took it to my Audi-certified-and-trained mechanic with over 31 years' experience, he told me that Shokan had sold me a module that wasn't, in fact, compatible with my 2001 Audi A4 Quattro. I shipped the item back to Shokan and requested a full refund, but of course their idiotic no-refund-on-electronics policy was cited.
Well, too bad for the consumer if Shokan makes a mistake! You're SOL. In other words, Shokan sold me a part costing me $257.98.
Also cost me an additional $57 in customs duties (I ordered from Canada) and another $15 in return shipping. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for used Audi parts.

Caveat Emptor! Stay away from these thieves!
Ordered a very specific part (airbag control module) for my 2001 Audi A4 Quattro. They then sent me one that once my Audi-certified-and-trained mechanic tried to install, told me that they (Shokan) basically sold me the incorrect part.
Tried to return it by of course they quoted their draconian no-return policy on electronic parts. 15 day return policy is pretty much useless for anything else, too, given the amount of time it takes to receive the product, ensure it works, and then ship it back. No return policy on electronics EVEN IF THEY SELL YOU THE WRONG PART.
So, I'm now out almost $300, not including the duty I paid to ship across the US-Canadian border, and the return shipping costs. I will NEVER use this company again, would never recommend it to any other Audi owner, and would stay away from these thieves at all costs.
Rudest Owner Ever!
Tried to call and inquire about a part. I wasn't sure about some of the car information.
After a few back-and-forth questions, the OWNER OF THE COMPANY became verbally abusive, shouted at me over the phone, and hung up. I called back, and got the same treatment without the back-and-forth questions. I wouldn't take a part from this company if THEY paid ME. I've been in the car business 22 years myself, and I have never been treated so poorly by a supplier.
I can understand if I'm not submitting you the proper information, you may not be able to come up with the part I need. But that's no excuse for being abusive.
The owner of this company needs to go back to charm school.
- Extreme rudeness
Defective parts
If you get a defective part they are very little help. I ordered a part and paid to have it installed at the local Audi dealer.
The part was defective. Called Shokan and got zero help or customer service. They will only exchange the part so now I get to pay the Audi dealer to take it out so I can ship it back to Shokan. And when I get the exchanged part, assuming it isn't defective too, I get to pay again to install it.
They will not offer a refund. nor will they pay any shipping costs.
You get to pay to have it sent to you, pay to return it, and pay to have the exchanged part sent back to you.
I will never do business with these people again. AVOID them at all costs!
Shokan Audi Parts o.O Really?
Well you would think someone who has been in business for 35+ years would treat someone better than this. But it is 2012 and I guess times have changed.
Called for some parts and when describing what I needed I was interrupted several times....So i politely asked if I may speak and explain. The response I was given was this, "No you may not...goodbye". At that point I was hung up on.
So I called back in hopes to speak with the Owner/manager maybe....Surprisingly they were all to busy to speak to me...When I attempted to explain what happen( because the lady asked me), the same guy came on the line to speak over both of us and said, " No you may not speak, no you may not complain, and no...you may not order parts", then hung up again....Not sure what happen really lol...But I'd say they do not need anymore new business. They are freshly tapped out of room for new clients I guess, and this was their way of telling me that.
Shokan New and Used Audi parts...According to them they have been the leading Audi parts resource since 1980 O.o.....How?

Happen to know they won't sell an electrical part without the part number off yours. So if it was wrong it's your fault or your mechanic gave you the wrong part number. Quit complaining about it, their return and warranty policy is very clear.
