HORRIBLE Customer Service

I placed and order online on 11/10/2014 at 8:30am and there was a banner on the homepage that stated, "Guaranteed Same Day Shipping for All Orders Placed before 12pm". Prior to placing the order, I called to confirm that was the case and was told it would ship. I received notice on 11/11/2014 that my order would ship that day (Veteran's Day - No USPS). I called the customer service line and the only explanation I was provided was, "Welp, I dunno what happened. It should have shipped". No offer to expedite shipping, no proposed solution. I requested the order be canceled and called ShoeTree Marketplace. My order was placed and they expedited my shipping to arrive when I needed it.

Charged 3x price of product for shipping. Product not as advertised.

I purchased shoe cream on ShoeCareSupplies.com for $3.50. The shipping was over $8. The shoe cream came in the mail on time but it was no where near the color advertised. I purchased "Cognac" color which appears to be a "carmel" color online. As it turns out, the color is "rust". To send it back, I cannot be reimbursed for shipping and handling and I have to pay to send it back. The cost of shipping it back will be as much as the cream. I'm sure they knew that most people won't bother with refunds. They have their money in the shipping and handling costs either way.
