- - The left earpiece button for calls or pause doesn’t work.
- - I have a 2-year extended warranty from 2022 through 2026.
My shockwave earbuds will not operate properly. will not turn off nor turn on functioning button.
The button on the left earpiece on that function to take phone calls or pause music does not function. The only thing I can do is turn my volume down. I've also done recommendation of wiping off moisture from areas. Wiping clean charger port connection.
I have an extended 2-year warranty bought in 2022.
Still that earpieces are warranty 2026. How to resolve this issue.
