Unable to access account
I have been unable to access my account, which I pay for, for the last week. I have sent numerous emails to Shockwave.com to please reach out to me so that I can resolve this problem.
I have recieved only automated responses from the site. You're my last hope. I love playing Shockwave games and puzzles and have been a member for many years.
Can you help me resolve this issue. I just want to login.

My card is charged and I can’t even play unlimited.
You charged my card and Im not able to play unlimited or see what email the account is under because it wont let me log in.

I find your business very juvenile where is the professionalism your customers deserve !
