Shockbyte server quality
Server crashing all the time . Customer support horrible.
Server rented and keeps crashing. The fix is the company tells you to pay more money and upgrade to a better service.
This must have just changed being I had the same server with the same company 2024 and first half of 2025 with no issues. Same server now nothing but crashing

I am beyond fed up with Shockbyte! My server is ONLINE and players can join, but guess what?
I CANT ACCESS THE CONTROL PANEL OR SERVER CONSOLE AT ALL. This is NOT a minor glitch its a total disaster that makes managing my server IMPOSSIBLE. No restarts, no logs, no backups, nothing.
Ive opened MULTIPLE tickets begging for help and what do I get? COMPLETE SILENCE.
ZERO UPDATES. NO TIMELINE. NO SOLUTION. Their support is a joke they dont communicate, dont care, and clearly have no idea what theyre doing.
The control panel is the MOST BASIC feature of a server host and Shockbyte cant even keep that working.
This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and downright embarrassing.
If you want a server host that leaves you stranded and ignored, Shockbyte is your nightmare.
I demand a refund for this ridiculous blackout period because Im paying for NOTHING. Save yourself the headache and stay FAR AWAY from Shockbyte they suck, plain and simple.

Can't even log in after paying for it. It worked for hours and then just quit working. I submitted a ticket as required yesterday and have not received a response from anyone.

My teen has been using Shockbyte to host a Minecraft server for 2 years. The costs have skyrocketed due to the number of build increases on his server.
The advertisement for 24/7 support used to be decent early on but has become a joke. The AI just sends videos and apologizes. Putting in urgent tickets and paying the extra fees to fast track the ticket bring zero results.
My son is gearing up to his server finale with his friends, and the server has crashed and corrupted. The restore function online is not reverting to the backup I made yesterday, and they are tone deaf and dont seem to care.

You buy a rust sever witch should be online within 12 HOURS, then 3days later thew server is not online yet, been sending requests for days right now and still no awnser, they say ( 24/7 ) support.. this is a lie.. they are scammers and should be ofline.
