Rockauto - Warranty issue

Purchased KYB SR4116 shocks in July. After installation there was a noise that sound like the shocks were too long.
RockAuto replaced them in September and the new shocks had the same issue. Now am unable to return for warranty replacement; can't get past the order number in order to make those arrangements.
No phone number to call; the one listed for the corporate HQ do not provide customer service. Very frustrating not being able to work through a warranty issue or obtain assistance.

I tried to contact customer service about an issue I had with some shock absorbers I bought, I finally gave up and had to buy more shocks at a different store.
