1-4-2025 my husband and I went to exchange a pair of earrings my husband bought me for Christmas. He paid them $400, on 12-24-2024.

The guy who serviced us, went into the back supposedly to ask his manager to ask if it was ok to refund or exchange them. He returned and said that the request had to be made within 7 days of purchase. The only way They would return them if we would purchase something that would cost an additional $400 that would total $800.

My husband was not made aware that he couldnt return or refund from this store. The earrings are so light and cheap that I wouldnt try them.

After I took them out of the box they looked like they would break just removing them from the ring box they gave him when he purchased them. Its sad when people scam people and especially old people who dont have a lot of money. He was just trying to get me something nice that he had saved up for. This is a $400 loss of his mine.

They are so cheap they would break them in. They never told him that they dont exchange Very cheaply

Not only is the pendant hideous but it also looks fake and ashy. No gold color at all! Its Christmas time and Im VERY DISAPPOINTED.

if I could give less than one star I would give it to me they sold me a 22 gold choker with diamonds in more than 2000 dollars and they told me that whenever I wanted to sell it or exchange it for something else they would always give me the same value today I went and they just wanted to give me 100 dollars do not trust them are thieves

My recommendation is do not buy from this company. You could get something you don't want and find you paid shipping to get it PLUS you will pay a fee for them to give you a return label to return it.

There 30 day return policy sounded good. There return page on their web site never worked for me. STAY AWAY from this and get your product elsewhere is my recommendation. If I need to write 100 words just post this I guess the remaining words are .

Pissed over a being charged a fee for a return label so they can honor their return policy.

this is wrong and this company knows it is wrong. Just awful is all I can say.

Saba is the WORST!!!!

My husband and I have shopped here for 4 years and has normally been pleasant however we went there in November to buy his and hers wedding bands. We got married in Dec and by March my ring was losing diamonds from the rings being sautered together.

Long story short my ring was sent off and LOST!!! 4 months now I have been dealing with the excuses if them having to file a claim with insurance and deal with corperate, then it was all settled and they said that they were going to replace the ring they had lost and it had been approved for me to come pick it up on Thursday. I get a call in Wed saying "Good news we found your ring and we are positive that it is yours" I go in today and it is the cheapest ugliest worn out ring that they claimed was mine. When I pulled up pictures in my phone to PROVE it was not my ring and pretty much lost my *** in the middle of the store because they tried to play me like a dumb *** they finally fixed the problem and gave me another ring.

Saba had the nerve to tell me she was doing me a favor after they lost my ring and have made me be ringless for 4 of the 6 months I have been married.4 MONTHS LATER GUYS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. FYI.

I MADE GOOD REMARKS BEFORE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES TELL YOU IF YOU DO YOU WILL GET A FREE GIFT. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY,SANITY, OR CHEAP FREE GIFT.

Sorry but not true was not my choice we fix the problem and Give you more Expensive Rings value was dabble what u paid for ur Ring I was not Doing personally I flow whatever Company tells me to do I tray my % to make my customer satisfied with me thanks again Stay Blessed

My Alzheimer's dad went to Shirin Diamond without my caregiver mom's knowledge end bought her a $1,000 ring. When my mom went to return the ring 45 minutes, yes a mere 45 minutes later, for a refund, she was told the store policy is "NO Refund, period!" However, my brother went to the same store and was told they do offer refunds.

My sister emailed the corporate office explaining the dire circumstances and asked for mercy for our parents. The corporate officer, Mike Ukani, emailed back ONLY after we threatened to go public with our complaint that the company does not issue refunds. Again, contrary to what my brother was told by the store personnel.

So, we are going public went our complaint. Buyers, PLEASE beware of the business practices of this company and shop elsewhere.

Upset customer

I financed with this company two items which were special ordered through my jeweler. I signed the contract on 7/13 and only one item was received on 8/7.

The jeweler could not find a company to make the second item I ordered so they had to refund $400.00. This company was able to revise my loan, change the finance amount and change the amount that was coming out of my account without my signature or a new contract, yet the Receipt of Goods date remained the same. How convenient for them. I even got a supervisor advising me that if I went back to the jeweler and had the date changed on the ROG form they would *** the finance charges and I could pay off my loan.

The jeweler tried calling Crest to get the form and they stated they could not change the contract. Even after admitting that a supervisor said this, they told me the only thing they could do was let me payoff the loan early but that was almost $600.00 more than what I owed. No where in the contract does it mention if a loan is revised. The Receipt of Goods form I signed is incorrect but to them none of that matters so now I will have to take matters into my own hands.

I do not recommend this finance company to anyone.

They have a flat rate that they charge you if you don't pay within the 90 days but in reality it's about 50% interest. Pretty sad when someone is trying to build their credit and this is what you have to deal with.

I got a new wedding ring today they were so sweet the ring I got I love it they went way out of there way to make me a happy customer and I will shop here again they have great pricing better then any where I have looked online and zales and kays and they have better prices and a hug selection. Love it will return.
