On JULY 22, 2009 at Shipshewana Flea Market I purchased ALLURE by Chanel from Authentic Perfumes selling un-authentic ALLURE perfume by Chanel @ Shipshewana Flea Market,Shipshewana,IN. The fragrance is not authentic, after 5/10 minutes the fragrance application is gone!In order to resolve my problem I asked for my money back by, three phone calls and letter. No response for $71.66. I have contacted the owner of the flea market and the Indiana Attorney General. Buyers beware of Swap-O-Rama

Authenic Perfumes did not sell an "un-authentic" Allure Chanel product, because that Allure was bought from Chanel directly. We have the invoice to prove it as well, which is why when the attorney you had hired, contacted us, we replied and no action was taken against us, proving that the merchandise we sold you was in fact AUTHENTIC.
We have been in this business for about 10 years now, and have always sold Authentic products to our customers. Like I had explained to you earlier, there are many reasons as to why you can't smell a scent 5-10 minutes after spraying; it could be because of hormonal changes in your body chemistry, as well as your olfactory bulb getting used to the scent.
To "Really": I understand your wariness about buying REAL products at a flea market, but yes we do sell the Authentic Chanel and other brand name perfumes and colognes. Like I said earlier, we have the invoices to prove it.
The reason we are at a flea market is because of the rent being lower than a regular store and also we have a good flow of customers coming in.
This way, we can give customers a better price on the products since our rent is lower and we could still make profit. It's a win- win situation.
We were a the market on Sept 25, 2013 and bought tow bottles. 1 men's and 1 ladies fragrance that we were going to give as Christmas gifts.
Much to our dismay when they were opened at Christmas both bottles had broken caps and the mens cologne I know for certain is not authentic. I have smelled this cologne before and it is not the real thing.
I am so ticked off and want my money back. What a rip off.
Do you really think that Chanel would allow their real fragrance to be sold at a dusty old flea market in Shipshewana, IN?
