Unfortunately, freight is an industry where unethical, dishonest people have been known to take advantage of their customers. As a current customer of AMERICAN GROUP/SHIPAG.com, I have always been treated with politeness and respect by them and their staff.

As a result of this smear tactic by the thread originator, I am motivated to move even more of my product with them along with sending more referrals over to them.

On the flip side, I would have pulled my business from them if I had found out that this "Andy" was in fact "Andy Lange Steede", formerly "Shannon Steede"...he is one of the founders of freight88 and has scammed me in the past...I called SHIPAG to inquire, and was assured that "_____ Steede" does not work for them.
