Absolutely horrible experience with Ship24 and their partnered courier service! My refund cheque from Airtel was supposed to be delivered over two months ago, but thanks to their incompetence and complete lack of accountability, it is still missing.
Tracking shows misrouted deliveries, false "door locked" attempts, and unnecessary back-and-forth movements between different locations.
How can a courier company not even deliver to the correct address and then pretend the recipient wasnt available? Pathetic and unprofessional!
Despite multiple complaints, ZERO resolution, ZERO responsibility, and ZERO customer support.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, never trust Ship24. Avoid at all costs!
