Not sure what happened to my order. I never received an email on confirmation or tracking, but I do have a receipt from where it was purchased through the Shop app.
I've tried multiple times to contact the store and company and have been unable to get any help from anyone. So, as of now, no one will get a good review until I have something good to report.

First, it was too long a process to actually make the call.
Second, it took 15 minutes to get to customer service.
Third, I could not get an answer to my question because I refused to give my email address (which they already had, anyway!).
Fourth, I wonder if this is a scam!
We love our gift, but the lights don't go on. I never even had a chance to tell him this!!!

I ordered 4 grandson necklaces. 3 of them came with a rope chain and one is a regular chain.
They are supposed to be all rope.
These are a Christmas gift. And I would appreciate if you would send me a rope chain for the one that does not have it.

DI ordered bath and body works on Nov 9th and the amount was deducted from my bank account for $39.70. I have tried contacting the phone number that is connected to the bank withdrawal and no one returns my calls.
Same with the email address, no response.
I believe they are fraudulent and I wouldnt order from them. I am really pissed off that they can get by with this.

Took money off my card and didn't order anything. Can't reach this company in anyway I try.
I haven't ordered anything from this company and money was taken off my card.Theres no way to reach them They are a fraud. I have taken legal action as of today.
I don't have a tracking number and have tried for days to talk with someone to resolve this situation.
They will not get back with me. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Having trouble syncing my products to Etsy
I keep having an error that says weve noticed youve changed your email on Shopify store. You may update your email registered with the app here.
When I click app here it opens a new page showing my correct email. I never changed my email.
After re-typing in my email and clicking the connect Etsy button I then click allow access and it says the sink from Etsy was successful. But then I go back into the product and I still keep getting the email registered error.
I would like for someone to reach out to me that can help.
Incompetent and Disrespectful!
Shineon.com has earrings I ordered (https://www.shineon.com/products/fishing-hook-earrings?variant=141********) - I waited over 5 weeks to get them and when I got them, one was great and the other one was distorted/stretched.
So I sent them an email indicating this and they told me: "By the information you have provided on this item, there does not appear to be any defect or quality concerns."
They are attempting to disregard their lack of quality and workmanship by dismissing my complaint - I paid over $50 for these and they should BOTH BE THE SAME SIZE AND WORKMANSHIP.
I've attached a photo so anyone can CLEARLY see they are NOT the same! I told them they better get me a replacement or I take legal action - I will not tolerate this!
