I'm trying to update my account, but no one has gotten back to me. I've spoken to customer service multiple times.
I've submitted all the documents for changing my last name and only get blank email responses. Now, my account says it's pending deletion and customer service said they would fix it.
However, weeks later, they said I had to fill out forms and abruptly ended the chat. Terrible customer service.

Payment method change
I have been trying for months for someone to change my payment method from direct deposit to my paycard that Ive had since Jan 2024. I have called many many many times and keep being told its escalated and I will hear back in 48 hrs.
This hasnt been changed yet and I dont understand why it hasnt been. I feel like Im getting the run around and no one is helping me.
