I started my own llc and chosen them as my web and payment processing company.. I built my website and started making sells.i had made sells of 3000.00 they then closed my store for no reason and kept the money saying I had to update bank info which I couldn't do cause they closed my store .I've called and emailed them hundred times and sat on hold hours with no help.

I tried migrating my Shopify store to shift4shop because I couldn't afford Shopify's hefty fees. I got nothing but problems with the admin panel.
Constant errors, I couldn't DO anything. I spent days on customer support. I also needed help moving my products and was told that someone could help me for free but then was told by someone else that it was $99 per file transfer! That's ridiculous.
I can't even get my store up and running and I get no help from customer support. It's ridiculous to treat people like that when they've wanted nothing but to use their service.
