I recently stopped using instacart for deliveries. My 1st experiences w/ shift were better.

A few of my female shoppers were excellent & very kind. Today the shopper namelessly texted he had started. No communication until Shift sent text my groceries were delivered.

They were NOT. I put in instructions I left carriers out for the bags & to text before leaving.

I was able to text the shopper before his # was disabled. He denied being my shopper @ 1st. Then asked if I had the baby clothes out. I walked outside in the dark in my PJs & slippers hoping to find my groceries near by.

Im a senior, dont see well, & have no one I can ask for help.

Im out of groceries when Im able to reorder. The Shift Customer service # doesnt work & Shift wouldnt let me comment until I rated & tipped the shopper. I bought extra this time so I could make a BD cake for my son.

Shoppers pic came up when they wanted a tip before I could comment. For food I dont have & the stress & anxiety of searching in the dark for groceries that probably were never going to be delivered.

Ive tolerated & excused mistakes & even when cheated. I was able to reach a human & get refunds immediately.

Shift must be a complete sham now. I wasted my time, probably my money, & have no food.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Rude doesn't begin to express how they treat their customers.

They all read from a script and do not off any service at all. You'll spend an hour on hold and get zero answers.

Equipment complications

Pin pad doesn't work and is causing guest complications entering their rooms. The secure doors are open at all time making the hotel unsecured like the guest expect it to be.
