Replacement of cloth material torn and frayed
I am not a pissed customer. I would like to speak to somebody to get my issue resolved.
We enjoy our Shabumi, although it is loud. Were just trying to get it replaced.
User's recommendation: RELAX and buy another Shabumi product.

Stitching along the right corner of the wind edge of the shade has come loose, causing fabric tearing along the wind edge.

Issue with tall chair
After purchasing the original tall chair I was disappointed that there was only one carrying strap which makes it difficult to carry when you have a very long path to a wide beach. And the original pictures of the chair showed 2 straps but apparently they posted the shorter chair in the picture .
The tall chair now has 2 straps.
I think after spending over $200 on a chair I should have the issue corrected with either sending me an additional strap or a new chair! By the way we also purchased the Shibumi shade.
