I have tried calling their customer service, but can never get through.

Verified Buyer |Haven't received my order
- - I ordered on 4/12/23 and haven’t received it.
- - They blamed Covid and staffing issues and sent a tracking no.
- - The tracking number was for my 12/2021 order.
I placed my order on 4/12/23 and havent received it yet. When I finally heard back from the company, they said Covid and staffing issues were to blame.
Then they assured me it would be on its way soon and provided a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number was for my original order that I received in December 2021.
Approximately two weeks ago, I immediately responded back to let them know tracking # is wrong and to provide a correct tracking number. Ive yet to hear anything back.
