Website unable to process payment. no response to email to customer service. Impossible to talk to a representative. On live chat customers must pay a third party to get answers. Really a shame becau.

An order I didn't place

Can never get through on the phone. I get disconnected.

Have sent a few emails. Have gotten no response.

I refused delivery from UPS. I did not purchase and was afraid Id get a bill.

Problem with a shower cap

I have been reaching out to you for over a month now. No one responds to me.

This is my final attempt.

Please contact me about a shower cap that is falling apart.

I have purchased at least 6 of your shower caps over the past several years. So disappointing that your customer service in basically non existent.

I have tried calling their customer service, but can never get through.

Haven't received my order

I placed my order on 4/12/23 and havent received it yet. When I finally heard back from the company, they said Covid and staffing issues were to blame.

Then they assured me it would be on its way soon and provided a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number was for my original order that I received in December 2021.

Approximately two weeks ago, I immediately responded back to let them know tracking # is wrong and to provide a correct tracking number. Ive yet to hear anything back.

As has been the result anytime I sent them anything I got a response that says they are working on it.They are still advertising new caps and acting like they are a reputable company but they owe me for caps I ordered last Oct.Full of empty promises but they lie and cheat people.

I have gotten nothing but empty promises.

I will continue to pass the word about you anywhere I can. I'm a senior citizen and you defrauded me.

Repeatedly I have emailed you, called and wrote a review. All you do is tell me about your new team.

I don't care. Where is my ordered placed on April 22, 2023? I demand you either refund me or send my product. Im tired of your excuses and lack of customer service.

This is outrageous.
