Above and beyond customer service
I was really struggling with choosing something for my partner - their product specialist put together a list of products for me and walked me through all the choices. Really took the guess work out of it.
I didn't have a lot of money to spend so it mattered that I get this right and they did everything they could to help.
Plus they gave me a coupon code. Will definitey shop with them again :)
Didn't receive items
Refuses to give refund for goods not received. They offer a store credit but if you request a refund they still refuse refund and will only give a store credit. Say its to cut down in dishonest customers..but then leave honest customers who didnt receive goods out the money spent.

Hi Heather, The store credit makes you whole. We are very sorry your initial package did not make it to you.
Since that package tracks as delivered, a store credit to make your purchase again (at no additional cost to you) is a reasonable solution. Thanks so much.
