Double order by mistake
I have ordered many of these PJ's This last order I got 2of the same cat Christmas long leg pjs I don't know why. I don't think I ordered 2of the same size and design.
Please help me return one. Oops I looked up my orders and there are 2 #757309 xl. xl.

Unable to return or get refund for damaged item
I ordered a trucker hat from SHESHOW.COM. It arrived improperly packed and damaged.
(Hat packed in a plastic bag with no protection) I emailed the company 4 days ago; they finally replied today with a we received your email form letter.
What should I do now? There are no contact phone numbers.
