As stated yesterday, there is no further response from this company. This is an irresponsible company that puts out mass quantities of this particular product, whether correctly produced or not, sends them to distributors and washes their hands of them.To offer to replace them with the same thing is a joke, you may or may not get the same defective product again.While I realize this is a small amount and I have asked for additional compensation, which is also small, that is not the point, at this point.The point is, I have been extremely reasonable in my communications with them and I expect acknowledgment of a defective product foisted on the public.
No further response from this company
I have written numerous times to request a specific resolution from this company that produced the product, not the company that they commissioned to sell it. They have offered to replace it with similar, which is unacceptable, as I feel it would be as useless as what I already purchased. To return to the store I bought these from is a 40 mile round trip and a minimum of an hour out of my day
