Terrible service, lies and a lost car

I left my car a 335d for service on a Tuesday i got a call on a Wednesday asking if i wanted to do somethings, to which i said no so the guy took me it was ok and i could go to get my car , i told him i would do it on thursday morning he told me perfect. i got there at 8:30 am did all you have to do and was told just wait and we will get the car for you , after 10 minutes i was still waiting , i ask someone if everything is alright , i was told 5 more minutes because we are washing the car , after another 15 minutes i went to someone else and told him i have a meeting to go and i have been here for more than 30 min , so he called someone and told me the same thing we are washing your car and it will be here in 5 min , after another 20 min waiting i went to the manager and told him what was going on for about an hour now , so after some calls he came back to me and told me my car could not be could they lost my car and that's why its taking so long , so after more than 1:30 min waiting they tell me the truth so i went home and waited for whenever my car is found to be brought back to me. first why lie ? and tell me the car has been washed ? if i called saint i was going to pick the car up why wasn't ready? ok and the worst of all i got an email asking me how my experience was at the bmw so i emailed SHELLY BMW costumer service asking if they could call me because the service was the worst , and until today months later no one has ever called , so do you a favor go to a dealer who cars for your business, never again will i or my wife or anyone i know go there

Buyer Beware!! Liars, Liars, Liars!!

I saw the best price on the internet through the company Shelly BMW. They called me back after putting my information on their website and the internet sales manager; Cody Burt gave me the lowest price. I filled up an application online, gave $1,000 deposit with credit card authorization, and waited for 3-4 days. During that period of time there was no phone calls, no email from the internet sales manager; Cody Burt. So I started calling them back and sent emails, no responses at all. I called the manager of Shelly BMW, and the manager was very apologetic and said that what Cody had offered me is not possible, that they’ll call back with a final price. STAY AWAY THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!! -David Z.
