Follow up to original post
- - Issue began 11/28/25 after fraud-related system tightening by Shell.
- - IT fixed my privacy settings today and I could reload the Shell GiftCard.
Shell Customer Svc mgr worked with their IT to diagnose the ongoing problem we began encountering on 11/28/25 after Shell tightened up their system due to fraud. Shell did fix the issues on their end, but the privacy setting on my end prevented the shell system from doing what it needed to do.
Our IT fixed the privacy settings for Shell on my end this morning and I was finally able to reload the Shell GiftCard. We have used this program for two years without a hitch, until the fraudsters destroyed something so beneficial to so many because of their greed!
