No response noone answers the telephone, your AI just wants to sell me a resonse programme, your station does not honour the offer you made to me....and you will probably not respond to this
.station not honouring your offer and being very rude g assuming you care about customer service i would think you would have a more efficient manner of handling these small($12.00) problems... of course i will not use your services again until this is settled g

Non acceptance of air miles for gasoline payment
There are 2 stattions in Vernon, B.C. The one on Okanagan landing road states that they do not have the facility to process air miles for gasoline payment.
The 2nd station located corner of 32th Ave and 39th street tells me I have no air miles showing on the computer screen ,so I have to pay cash. I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE STATEMENTS made by employees, they do not want to process Air milesR mILES
Preferred solution: acceptance of air mailes as payment for gasoline

Gas gift cards
I wanted to send a friend a $100 gas gift card. I filled out the application on the Shell Canada website only to find they have a minimum requirement of $250 for a gas card. It would not allow me to order anything less than $250 That was not at all acceptable to me.
- Provide air miles if you have an airmiles card
Preferred solution: Change your rules. Gas cards should be available for an amount over $50
