Rude Cashier Review

Lost 30.00 dollars worth of gas due to poor customer service, extremely rude cashier at the shell gas station in Theodore, AL on the corner of hwy 90.

Shelf Reliance - Thrive Products

I have ordered this firm's Thrive freeze dried food products from Costco without incident. When I ordered direct from Shelf Reliance the product arrived in dented cans. I called customer service and they sent a replacement, again it arrived dented. I tried to call them three times because each time I spoke with someone the line went to busy. I telephoned again to advise them and customer service said that this damage happens after the item is shipped, same story they told me the first time. I told them to forget it I did not need a third dented shipment. I attempted to order some of their canned desert products and was told I had to order them through one of their MLM sales persons. I was told I would be contacted within three days. No one contacted me so I called back. After numerous attempts due to dropped calls, I was told the issue would be escalated and that I would be contacted within three days. After waiting two weeks I called back somewhat upset at their poor response. This time I asked to speak to someone in administration, President, VP, HR etc. I explained that I had a problem with Customer Service and wanted to be sure the administration knew what was going on. Five calls and each time asking for Administration but instead put through to Customer Service. Finally the operator admitted that she was not allowed to put complaints through to anyone except customer service. I received a telephone call from a male who identified himself as the customer service manager. After repeating the above to him and requesting someone in administration, he told me he would check and get back with me. When I finally got the callback I was informed that management was too busy to talk with me direct and at that point I told him I would be posting my experiences to the web. It appears that this firm wants to take a customers money as long as management does not have to listen to any issues. They failed to send out an undamaged item after two attempts and no one returned my calls about the purchase of more product. As near as I can tell the Thrive products are okay although I did see something about a recall because the products had previously been uninspected.

WOW, I am really surprised about this. I am a SR consultant myself and have never, ever had a problem with damaged items, or poor customer service!

TRUST ME, I am famous for my "customer complaint letters" amongst my friends and family. I'm wondering if Fed-Ex delivered your items or did they arrive via another carrier; well, if you decide to give it a go again, by all means let ME know and I will be thrilled to accept your order and I will personally get it into the system.

I hope you decide to give it a try again, since the food really is fantastic, and the price through a consultant is the lowest available - even better that Costco. OVPrepper at gmail.com Renee
