Disgusting bought a road king special I will never buy anything from them again Nothing but lies and they do not care about the customers

Profit before people at sheldons hd auburn mass
Techs installed upgrade oil pump broke bolt in motor housing in2014 Heard noises from lower end had another shop take apart and found Drill bit broken in bolt hole wich caused the pump to move when Lifters moved wich ruined the cams timing chains bearings pump Bent the pushrods and could of killed my wife and i as we were On a 5 day trip when the motor blew doing 70 on the highway Prior to this when i picked the bike up from sheldons hd in auburn Mass the told me they had rebuilt the total lower end liars Warning this hd dealership will *** your bike up lie to you and charge you They should have their dealership revoked Very dishonest people but this is what happens when you put profit Before people All i can say is thank god we did not crash See you in court sheldons

WOW!.... This is one of the worst situation I have read about...
Good luck to you... I have been riding Harley's for forty years... and now...I also, do not trust any Harley dealership service departments...Because of the difficulties I've experienced... I do most of my maintenance on my Road King myself...
This is a real shame... this situation with Harley Davidson Dealerships, has gotten so bad... Bill Harley, and Arthur and Walter Davidson... would be ashamed...
and they would do something to correct it. I know they would... They were proud of their motorcycles and company , that they had worked so hard to build... and they had a true love and appreciation for their loyal customers...Hopefully Harley's executive leadership will correct this situation.
For the sake of their loyal customers... and also, for the sake of Harley's business future survival... Hopefully Harley's executives will call you.... and make this right...
I know they have dedicated employees who read all of the complaints and comments posted on all the forums... And report to their bosses...That is one way to keep track of what is really going on out there with their bikes, and dealerships...
