anonymous. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Ordered online and was not given discount I was entitled to receive. Did get customer service on chat on was told I didn't qualify because their prices were already low. Was told I could place order again and "he" said he'd make sure the discount applied. It actually did, but now he couldn't close the first order and 2 orders were coming...this was within 5 minutes as we talked.

Then one reorder item suddenly sold out and I could pick a replacement. One thing after another and I ended up with 4 orders, none of which I wanted. I knew I was being intentionally confused. Had to spend hours of unrelenting complaining and finding the correct channels to cancel 3 orders.

The first I had to receive and return at my cost. If I hadn't been in a fighting mood I would have given up long before. It took days...days of sending copies of orders and transcribed customer chats, anything I could think of.

Was finally refunded. I can't believe the internet is still clogged up with their ads!

I ordered 5 items - one had a very strong smell of fish and another was torn. I didn't bother to open the rest in fear that my nostrils will suffer another round of abuse. I am shocked by the poor quality of the items which appear to resemble Cinderella's rags.

After I made my complaint, I was saddened to receive a generic email which did not compensate me. In addition to this, to add insult to injury, I now have to spend more money to return the items to the states.

I will never ever again shop with Sheinside.

First, the site said I qualified for a discount. Wouldn't apply it.

After I got billed the full amount I was told that their clothes were already cheaper than most so I wouldn't be getting a discount, this was via chat. When the items were received, which took forever, the sizing of XL pants fit my size 0 daughter perfectly. Quality was horrible, no button holes on items so couldn't button the pants that were size XL fitting a size 0 human. Some items weren't even ordered in the shipment.

When I tried to contact a person no one would reply to help with the problem. Returned the items and never got a refund.

What a huge pain and terrible company. BEWARE!

Ordered 3 items from them, had a hick-up during checkout, so had to get in contact with them... and was plesantly surprised at how quickly it was dealt with (it was a paypal issue, so not their fault).

And then came the wait... 18 days "processing time"!

When the delivery finally was shipped off, the shipping time was as expected (10 days... which is the norm).

Clothes were really good, apart from the size issue. Ordered a size up on a coat, and it fit perfect. However, the two other items were "one-size"... and one-size is clearly meant for tiny little elven creatures, not a normal sized M female. :)

If you're not in a hurry, and want decent clothes for a cheap price, then I would recommend them.

Sheinside.com does not refund you back your money. I purchased several items from and had to return them because the quality is very low.

I believe the site photos may be photoshopped becAuse what I received was not what I ordered. I sent my return tracking info to sheinside.com and never got a refund. I emailed them and never got a reply. I had to open a paypal dispute to try and get my refund back and they still didn't refund me.

So I had to escalate it to a claim and paypal refunded me. I will not be purchasing from sheinside.com again.

Sheinside.com does not refund your money even after you have returned your items. Or reimburse you for return shopping fees.

I have purchased 791$ worth clothing on www.sheinside.com 4 weeks ago!

they commit to ship out the order 5-7 business days!

every day, I am sending them massages, and at first, they said because it's a big order it would take few more days. afterwards, every massage is "your order will be sent today" or "your order will be sent tomorrow.

after asking for a refund, they said it's already been shipped but tracking number will update soon. guess what? its been a week but tracking number is still invalid!

I will fight them, until I get my money back!! but do yourself a favor- don't buy there!!
