Charged for home delivery ....

I pay for home delivery as i am disabled and on 2 occassions the delivery has been left at a local pick up point to which i cannot get to. I end up paying someone to collect it for me so paying double for delivery at home that i do not recieve.

User's recommendation: Opt for a local pick up point as thats where your items will end up.

The addresss I send for shipping should be Johan ducan 292 Merritt Ave Bergenfield NJ 07621 For order # GSUMDP00U0000CL I TRY TO CORRECT AFTER IN MY SYSTEM IN SHOWS THAT CHANGES BUT IN MY EMAIL IT SHOWS THE OLD ADDRESS. SO I AM CHECKING TO SEE. nadinepatterson42@***.com.

Hello, My order, GSHMLT00A000EDH, has not been updated in the tracking section. I emailed the local courier service registered and they have not received the package. I would like to inquire further on the status of my package. Thank you

User's recommendation: They only recommended waiting another week or two before they do anything in regards to my missing package. I would recommend avoiding SHEIN as their customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

My order is my order!!!

My order says it has been delivered and signed for at the address I have given, I have not signed for anything and I live alone so nobody else at my address could have, it has not been delivered to my address! Where is my order please, I have waited a long time for this order!

Undelivered order

I am aware of the fact my order has arrived to its destination, However, once here, I completely lost track of it and were not able to contact any individual that might help me. I need more information about my order and a customer service phone number if possible.
