I worried about my order

Hello I just worried about my order I get order to SHEIN Jan 26. I get only number for my order not the tracking number. They says they arrived on feb 5 2022. So I worried cause I cannot to post office because I dont have a tracking number just only I have this number to my order GSHNM130B00JMA5 can you help me to send the tracking number so I can check my order to the post office thank you so much

Shein Japan - Order is under investigation
I ordered on 8th October.but till today i didn't receive my order. Today is 22nd October. Its been 14 days now. From 9 days it is under investigation in different different center. May i know why this is happening.. what wrong I ordered.. why it is under investigation for such a long time Pls deliver my parcel soon... I can't wait anymore.. Thanks.
