Getting a refund over 21 days purchase

Hi Team,

Please provide me a refund with the order number 86132. It is a size 16 trinity maxi dress purchased on the 19th July 2024 from the Doncaster store in Victoria.

I have the new dress with the tags. I was unable to get a refund as 21 days have passed since the purchase.

I have been a loyal customer and at this stage I require a refund. My customer number is 304000****456.

Hi

I bought a new dress gifted from man on Valentines Day

The lady gave me new piece from collections and ask her please check once its alright she said yes

Then I havent touch dress and open dress to wear then I came to know its completely faulty we paid $279.99 .

Tag bill and bag everything I have.

Its completely unuse. I can show you some pictures

I bought it from Karrinyup shopping centre Perth, wa 6018

Refund policy country clients

Hello I live in the country three hours away from your store in the city of Adelaide. I bought a dress back home and cant get back to adelaide for another month please give me and call the store to allow for the full refund back to me as I am taking back to the country where I live to show my husband and if he likes it I will keep it but if he dosent I wont be back to return back for my refund for another 3-4 weeks. Really hard as we are from the country and these policies Im hoping can be looked out for us country people.

Wrong Itemed delivered

I spoke to someone regarding my top. They said they would get me the correct size and send it out. They said they would send me a reply paid to send the wrong top back.

I havent received any communication regarding the reply paid and I dont know if they have found the top in my size and if has even been sent.
