Request for full refund after exchange failure

I used the 'Find My Fit' questionnaire, and while the exchange size fits, the fabric feels stiff. It cuts into my armpits since the sides ride so high into the axilla, and the band feels like cardboard.

I wore it for an hour and could not tolerate it at all. I am disappointed in this product as I thought it would be a good solution for me as I am recovering from breast surgery. I was cleared by an M.D. to wear a sports bra with a front zipper.

I would like to request an exception for a full refund as I bought over $200 of your bras. I would otherwise be out $200. I would prefer not to have to take other measures to get a full refund.

SHEFIT has a long turn around time from shipping to delivery. I've had to find my right fit.

Exchanged once, then returned it, did not even open the package. Placed

another order to make sure I still did not get the incorrect size, that one was correct size. For the one I returned SHEFIT charged a shipping & handling fee of $7.13 AND also shipping & taxes fee of $7.82, total $14.82. (If you plan to order from this co make sure you get your correct size first BC they will charge you all of the fees for their product AND all of the taxes & shipping.

I've never heard of such. They do not care about YOU as a customer) I called SHEFIT customer service and whoever I spoke to sounded half asleep. A LOT of noise in the background. She explained why I had these charges then became highly erratic with me.

Kept saying my name and telling me nothing she can do.

However, anything you read on google about them is 100% correct. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Preferred solution: Co needs better customer service. The taxes and shipping are scammy.
