I placed or that was suppose to be delivered yesterday(Sunday) 8-10AM. I waited and contacted customer service and they said they had to move the delivery to 4:30PM and they will issue refunds as well.
I kept chatting with them all day (till 9PM). I saw around 5PM that tracking info shows delivery cancelled.
I contacted and another chat rep said its cancelled and cannot be delivered. I have to place a new order and I We waited all day for food and in my last message was to have a manager contact me but did not get anyone to reach out to me via email or phone.

Preferred solution: Full credit on the 2nd order I had to place and also additional credit for wasting my whole day chatting with them.

We did not like the food...we dont want any more......when we need it we will order something else Stop sending the same food all the time
It was definitely not tasty and very very spicy...no one could eat...give us some time to get over this food...we will think about it and order again

Since my last appeal Shef has honored and agreed to redeem the gift purchase coupon! Thanks guys for making it happen...A much relieved dad
I had sent my son a coupon worth USD 100 on the 20th of July 2023
By error I typed a wrong email address.
So the email wasn't received and so the coupon hasn't been redeemed.
Please assist into this matter.
I'm based in Toronto and my son is in San Francisco.

Preferred solution: Use of coupon which hopefully will work now as the right email address has been sent by me.

I received a text/email from the chef the day of my scheduled delivery via dash. She said she did not give the order to the delivery driver?
I dont know why she would do this? I need a refund please.

This app is a scam!! Has been charging me for months and nothings come of it.
I tried calling and there is no one to talk to! 0/10 do not recommend!!
No response to my messages
I had ordered and paid her my 1st delivery. The chef cancelled delivery 2 hours before it was due to strive.
I was refunded to me but the inconvenience caused merited a discount on my next order. They ignored this request and on.top of that failed to give me the discount I was given.on.my originsl order that was can elled by the chef.be waty of the nonexistant customer service.

Verified Buyer |No delivery, no responses to my emails and texts to customer service
My food delivery window was between 4 and 6 pm today. There is no delivery, no communication from Shef and no responses to 3 emails snd two texts to Customer Service asking about this.
No phone # to call them.
Apparently they are open until 8 pm local time. It is now 6.40 pm and I have been chasing them for 45 minutes.

Nothing happened . Food was delicious but bag smells .
I tried to wash it but no luck .
Please pick up today at 1000 Green St. It will be down on the lobby .

Bad customer service
Website errors : cannot place an order for NJ from CA. I keep receiving the error message that the items are unavailable. Customer service is either unresponsive or when they do respond unable to resolve the issue
