Horrible customer service
- Ordered in February for $113.41; never received.
- I disputed the February charge with my card.
- Kelly Harrigan canceled a new order, claiming fraud.
I placed an order online back in February 2025 for $113.41, and I never received my order. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
I attempted to order the item again a week ago and received an email from an employee named Kelly Harrigan. She said that she was canceling the new order because I'm a victim of fraud. I told her numerous times that it's not a fraudulent transaction. She started to be very unprofessional, sarcastic, antagonizing, and literally harassed me via email.
She even sent me an email at 12:13 am at night, 4 days after the first day she kept emailing me. I've never in my life experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company, and she never even mentioned the order that I never received in February.
I emailed corporate twice, but I never received a response. I will never patronize this company again in my life.

Resolved: What a scam
- Over $250 order not shipped; tracking stayed at Ready to Ship.
- Contacted in June with screenshot; agent said the order was too old.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Really bad company. They don't have any customer service and they deceive clients, acting out of bad faith.
I ordered sheets worth over $250 a few months ago.
They provided a tracking number which never switched from Ready to Ship to Shipped.
I contacted them at the beginning of June and provided the screenshot.
The agent said that my order was too old so there was nothing they could do.
They just stole my money and never shipped the order. Now, I'll have to sue them out of principle for a ridiculous amount of $250.

I need help using my reward points
No return calls have been trying for 2 days to get someone to help me, then I was told I had to put my credit card in for assistance they quoted me 39.00 for help from a tech.

I ordered a set of sheets from a TV ad for performance sheets from a company called Sheex. I received the pillow cases but not the sheets.
I called the company three times to request the status of the sheets but each call went to voicemail. The recording said leave my name and order number and someone would return the call within 24 hours.
I never received any calls. I'm beginning to believe I've been scammed.
